Cashline tracks expense reports, approvals, and vendor payments, the operational side of company spend. On its own, that data sits in a finance tool most other teams never see. PIOS connects it to project and team data, so spend is visible next to the work it’s funding.
How it works
Authenticate your Cashline account and choose which expense categories and approval data to sync. Atlas pulls expense reports and vendor payments on a scheduled basis and links them to the team and project records already in your graph. Budget tracking becomes a graph query instead of a recurring spreadsheet export.
Configure
The Cashline connection is managed from the integrations panel, where expense categories and sync schedule are configured per workspace. Vendor data can be excluded from ingestion if your team only needs internal expense data in the graph. Approval workflows in Cashline remain unaffected, since PIOS only reads expense data and doesn’t write back.
