Coreledger manages subscription plans, usage charges, and payment history, the full lifecycle of how an account generates revenue over time. PIOS connects that lifecycle to product usage and support data, so a downgrade or a missed payment is never disconnected from the context behind it.
How it works
Add your Coreledger API key and select the subscription and billing data to sync. Atlas pulls plan changes, usage charges, and payment history on a scheduled basis and links them to the account record already in your graph. Revenue lifecycle data becomes queryable directly, so questions about upgrade and downgrade patterns don’t require a separate billing report.
Configure
Manage the Coreledger connection from the integrations panel, where billing data types and sync frequency are configured per workspace. Plan and pricing changes are versioned automatically, so historical revenue calculations remain accurate even after pricing updates. Failed payment events can be routed to Signals for immediate visibility.
